Jeffrey Pulver, DDS, OMFS
 Dr. Jeffrey Pulver received his DDS degree from Marquette University in 1977, completed a surgical internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee in 1978 and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at UCI Medical Center in Orange and VA Medical Center in Long Beach in 1981.
Dr. Pulver is board certified in OMFS and past president of the NHL team dentist society. He has been very active in teaching as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support instructor for twenty five years. He is currently team Oral Surgeon to the Anaheim Ducks and LA Angels. Dr. Pulver is in private practice in Orange California and director of the “Center For Oral Reconstruction & Education” providing continuing education and mentoring programs in surgical and restorative implant dentistry and medical emergencies in the dental office.
