At CORE we offer a series of continuing dental education opportunities for our referring doctors and staff. Along with our monthly implant study club meetings we host frequent comprehensive hands on courses in the latest techniques in restorative implant dentistry, basic CPR for healthcare providers and medical emergencies in the dental office.
Our study club meetings consist of case presentations designed to stimulate lively interaction in diagnosis and treatment planning. Participants are able to follow patient cases from initial consultation through the restorative phase of treatment. Interdisciplinary treatment planning and treating complications are emphasized.
The monthly meetings are held at the C.O.R.E. facility on Chapman Avenue four blocks west of Tustin Avenue in Orange. The meetings start at 6:30pm and are held the second Tuesday of every month. These diagnosis and treatment planning sessions are repeated every other month. Two hours of CE credit and dinner are provided.
Hands on courses are also held at our C.O.R.E. teaching facility. These sessions are an excellent opportunity to develop the skill sets and confidence requisite to restoring simple and complex implant cases. We also offer comprehensive computer training on the Nobel Guide system and “teeth in an hour”.
